They would get know the Bakery & Ice-cream business, their ingredient procurement strategy, the distributor channel, the pricing, margin & trade discount dynamics in the B2B businesses………all practically !

Example 2: Nov. 2021
A group of 18 learners from BSBS worked on a corporate live project with an InsureTech company. While-

Meghana, a 2021 B.Com. graduate from Government college in Kunigal (taluk in Tumkur dist.) experientially learnt about decision-making in companies;.
Darshan (2021 B.Com. grad. from a village in Chikkamagalur) discovered a researcher within him;
Same with an engineering grad.-Anjali hailing from Yediyur, Bhavana from Sirsi, Deepak from Javgal and others.

They got an opportunity build some of the capabilities required for problem solving in business organisations through market research. They were practically exposed to a new method of data collection called Mystery Audits. Such practical, deep learning experiences transform ordinary graduates into capable executives. – this happens at BSBS through the AKSeleratorTM program.
